B.E.S.T. Meditations on Four August Saturdays in San Diego
Dr. Brian Perks, Master Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.) practitioner from Perks Wellness Center will conduct a series of guided meditations on Saturdays in August from 9:30-10:30am at 2333 First Avenue, Suite 105, San Diego. Each session is $10 at the door or $30 for all four meditations.
The meditations include: 8/2: Relationships, 8/9: Clarity and Purpose, 8/16: Healing, 8/23: Manifesting and Abundance. These guided meditations are geared towards individuals who are interested in incorporating meditation into their wellness lifestyles. The Foundation of Peace Community Project requests your participation in “The Moment of Peace Project” scheduled for 08/08/08 at 08:08am. “What if we could stop all conflict in the world for just one moment,” asks the event organizer. “Would that moment have the possibility to lead to another moment of no conflict – of peace? I believe it can. Peace is not something that we need to fight for. Peace is something we need to create together.”
Everyone can participate in the Moment of Peace project. It's easy, simply observe a moment of peace on 08/08/08 at 08:08am in your time zone. Expanded Four Agreements Class in La Mesa starts 8/19
“Life Patterns” is an 8-week enrichment class, which is an expanded version of the Four Agreements. With additional agreements for greater personal empowerment, this class offers the opportunity to examine life patterns and claim new ways of living. Qigong Master Mingtong Gu at UCSD in San Diego 9/13-14
