Sex, Drugs or Source? 3/4
How do we release stress & achieve ecstasy? What are we looking for from sex, money, drugs, alcohol, family, work, food, you name it? “We're looking to feel safe, appreciated, energized, loved, relaxed, something other than what we already feel,” according to Beth Green, spiritual director of The Stream. But if we are trying to change the way we feel, do our habitual ways work, and is there a natural, healthy alternative?
These are the questions asked and answered by Beth at an upcoming gathering in Rancho Penasquitos. The event is Sex, Drugs or The Source? , and it will be held from 2-5 pm on Sunday, March 4. The talk is free of charge and all are invited. If you are interested in learning more about The Stream and their approach to addictions of body, mind and spirit, you are invited to attend. Call 760/941-8215 for address and directions. On the day of the event call 760/518-5267.
