OrthoKinetics in SD Offers Complimentary Sessions for March
Are you ready to go beyond the familiar to where you can heal your own body? Stiffness, soreness and restricted range of motion have become an epidemic. Many illnesses are caused by neuromuscular stress in response to daily living and OrthoKinetics changes how muscles respond to stress. Retraining muscles can make bones stay in place and replacing bones into their proper positions helps muscles work correctly.
“OrthoKinetics leaves the client with a feeling that something important happened within and without; and that the body-mind has been reconnected to spirit in a very grounded, subtle way,” says DonÈe, the creator of OrthoKinetics. “It is an inside sensing of what's working; one feels and moves differently, becoming a more aware, sensitive, feeling being.”
For the entire month of March 2009, DonÈe is offering all new clients a one-hour complimentary OrthoKinetics introductory session. Call 619/516-2454 between 8-5pm, Monday-Friday to make an appointment. Also, see the OrthoKinetics ad under Bodywork in the Light Connection Resource Directory. |

Institute of Thought Hypnotherapy Workshops in SD 3/7 & 3/8
Dr. Joseph Costa and The Institute of Thought will present “Refining Methods of Doing Hypnotherapy.” This is the third in a series of weekend workshops for Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Training and will be held Saturday & Sunday, March 7 & 8, 2009. Dr. Costa's background is in philosophy as a transpersonal psychology trained metaphysician. His life work has been in the studies of consciousness, mediumship and energies.
“There are many ways of refining hypnotherapy methods in order to find the source of things that make life unpleasant,” Dr. Costa explains. “Knowing how and when to say something to discover the root of a problem eliminates misleading clues to behavior. By intensifying sensory imaging, students will identify the crisis sooner—and in a way that's fun—making hypnotherapy a more pleasant experience than structured clinical work.”
This two-day workshop will be held at 3511 Camino del Rio South #404, San Diego, CA from 10am-6pm, Saturday and Sunday, March 7 and 8. The fee is $250. Saturday morning lecture only: $35. Bring a friend. Call Cory at 6l9/516-3999 or email: Joseph@15thstep.com to enroll.

Whale & Dolphin Boat Trip 3/7 in Dana Point
Come see the Dolphins and migrating Whales up close & personal. Animal Communicator Laurie “Reyon” Anderson will translate their messages of healing, wisdom and self-empowerment as we view these beautiful cetaceans from a comfortable catamaran. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to talk to a whale or dolphin, and what personal message they would have for you? Reyon has created these boat adventures as she follows in the footsteps of John Lily who said, “The largest brains on this planet are in the ocean. Communication with the whales and dolphins is the greatest achievement the human race can aspire to.” These trips are a joy filled day for everyone as we explore the consciousness of the “Pod Mind”.
The boats will leave out of Dana Point Harbor and the day begins at 1pm with a group meditation on the grass. Together we will set our intentions to connect with the whales and dolphins, and to receive their communications and healing energies. The boat will leave at 1:30pm and return about 4:30pm and seats just 22 people. The cost is $89 per person. To register for March 7 or receive more information, contact Laurie Reyon at 619/271-9461 or email puddysplace@yahoo.com. Mail checks to: Laurie Anderson, 1951 Andrews Court, Oceanside, CA 9205

The Manna Journey - A Journey Toward Self in Joshua Tree 4/22-25
The tremendous shift we are experiencing is opening us up to be able to carry more Light. As we move out of the 3rd dimension, our bodies can no longer be sustained by 3d food alone and require a more substantial form of nutrition. Manna is powerful energetic nourishment that feeds the body on all levels. It is created by the Self, for the use of the physical body and is individual and unique to each person.
The Manna Journey is a series of initiations and activations that take place over six days using the Frequencies of Brilliance Energetic Healing Technique. Areas of the brain responsible for Manna production are activated and the heart and stomach are realigned. Sacred Geometry meditations and circle work further support the reactivation of our ability to generate Manna.
Producing Manna ignites the creative principles in the cells giving back our sovereign right to love, freedom and abundance, enhancing our capacity to manifest in all areas of our lives. The Manna Journey Workshop: April 22-25, Joshua Tree, California, For more information contact: Caitlin Kelley 760/635-9365 or visit: www.mannaconnection.com.
