Richard Moss on ‘Awakening to Our Greatness’
“Awakening to Our Greatness” is the title of a workshop to be presented at Joyful Living Church in Mission Valley on Sunday, Sep. 12, by Rev. Dr. Rick Moss.
Dr. Moss is the developer of Pre-Cognitive Re-Education (Pre-Cog) and has an intuitive ability to read and help eliminate subconscious blocks. He developed this work after teaching meditation for 20 years and realizing that wholeness experience alone does not change subconscious patterns. By itself , it is not enough for transformation.
Dr. Moss says, “there exists within us a Greatness. It is our Inherent Nature, our Essence. And, yet, too often we live on the periphery of this Greatness.”
The workshop is designed to assist participants in beginning the process of releasing the limiting beliefs, retained emotions and old patterns that block access to the Love, abundance, intuition and joyfulness that is our True Nature and our birthright.
Dr. Moss will be the guest speaker at the Sunday morning service beginning at 10 AM and will facilitate the workshop from 1 to 3:30 PM. There is a $50 donation for the afternoon workshop. Joyful Living Church is located at 3505 Camino del Rio South in Mission Valley. Contact the Church at (619) 521-4800 or www.joyfullivingsandiego.org.

Tom Zender: God Goes to Work on October 3
What if you got to work and found that God was already there? A new book titled God Goes To Work addresses the subject of God in the workplace. Author Tom Zender will be speaking & holding a workshop at Seaside Center for Spiritual Living in Encinitas on Oct. 3 at 1pm.
Some of the projected topics include: “How can you experience the Divine Presence in all you do?” and “Could you actually be ignoring your Higher Path to Prosperity?” A potpourri of subjects will be covered: your business tool kit, your spiritual assets, seven spiritual practices for the workplace, spiritual transactions and making spirituality & business true partners.
Though many well-known figures in New Thought highly recommend his work, including Marianne Williamson and Michael Bernard Beckwith, Deepak Chopra wrote the foreword to his book: “Tom’s understanding of both spirituality and business has led him to the knowledge that the two are not separate entities—they are two sides of the same coin, and he deftly shows their integration in this timely book.”

Dr. Jane Goodall speaking at Bioneers October 17
Dr. Jane Goodall, DBE, founder of the Jane Goodall Institute (JGI) and a UN Messenger of Peace, will be a plenary speaker at the 21st annual Bioneers (www.bioneers.org) Conference on Sunday, October 17, at the Marin Center in San Rafael CA.
This year marks a monumental milestone for JGI and Dr. Goodall. Fifty years ago, Goodall, who is today a world-renowned primatologist, conservationist and humanitarian, first set foot on the shores of Lake Tanganyika, in what is now Tanzania’s Gombe National Park. The chimpanzee behavioral research she pioneered there has produced a wealth of scientific discovery, and her vision has expanded into a global mission to empower people to make a difference for all living things.
It is Dr. Goodall’s frequent reminder: “Every individual matters. Every individual has a role to play. Every individual makes a difference.” Her lecture is titled, Gombe and Beyond: The Next 50 Years.
Bioneers, a nonprofit educational organization that highlights breakthrough solutions for restoring people and the planet, will kick off its annual conference in San Rafael October 15-17. Leading social and scientific innovators will gather to present breakthrough solutions inspired by nature and human creativity.
