The sun in Virgo brings refinement

Following two powerful eclipses that brought significant changes to our sense of self and relationship to our community, the sun entered the mutable earth sign of Virgo on August 22. We had a new moon in Virgo on August 30, setting the stage for the following four weeks of activity. While the sun transits Virgo, we enter the process of refinement. Whatever has been imagined or created while the sun was in Leo now gets scrutinized for the finer details to determine if we have a workable, practical and potentially well-executed plan for implementation.

Virgo's keen discernment is needed in our world

While everyone's life is touched by the sun in Virgo's impulse to discrimination, attention to detail, and refinement, those with the sun, moon, or rising sign in Virgo will be more directly affected.
